About Us

Parenting isn’t just a marathon.
It’s a relay.

We move through the day doing our best, handing the “baton” from one moment to the next, but the real handoff — the one that shapes a child’s sense of safety — happens at night.

For me, that realization came during one of the harder chapters: years of bed-wetting, broken sleep, and those quiet late-night moments when a child stands by your bed unsure, embarrassed, or overwhelmed.

There’s a saying that in Chinese, the word for “crisis” also means “opportunity.”
I don’t know if that’s literally true, but the idea became true for me.

In the exhaustion, I noticed something surprising:
nighttime wasn’t only a challenge — it was a doorway.
A space where a child is soft, honest, and open in a way they aren’t during the noise of the day.
A moment where connection grows without trying, simply because you’re there.

What began as a personal struggle became a deeper understanding:
The sleep experience — from bedtime to morning — isn’t just about rest.
It’s a place where children feel held, supported, and loved.
And when that experience becomes gentler, everything in the home becomes gentler too.

Little Love Sleep was born from that understanding.
Not from a company plan.
Not from a strategy.
From real nights, real challenges, and the quiet moments that showed me how much connection can grow in the dark.

If you’re here because your child is struggling, or because nights feel heavy — you’re not alone.
I’ve walked this path.
And my goal is simple:
To help you create a nighttime experience that feels calmer, softer, and closer — for both you and your child.
